- GPS: used to accurately locate your location for scanning surrounding Bluetooth BLE devices.

- Bluetooth: used to connect to nearby Bluetooth devices to connect and send messages between devices.

2. Purpose of data collection:

- Develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect our products and services.

- Communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

- Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

- Your exact location is used when you confirm an order or complete an order.

- Your photos and videos are used for registration order confirmation purposes, preventing fraud in online payments.

- Your GPS and Bluetooth data is used to find the nearest and most accurate Bluetooth BLE devices to send messages between devices.

- User data will be stored and secured by SITC - Dinh Vu Logistics Company Limited and only used for the purpose of building an online ordering application for customers, absolutely not used for commercial purposes, not infringing on privacy.

- In addition to the above purposes, the application development unit is not allowed to collect or use user information for any other purposes. And will not disclose any information that may cause harm or perform any illegal acts regarding user privacy according to Vietnamese law or application policies.

- We are constantly striving to improve these protection measures to help ensure the safety of your personal data.

- You can withdraw your consent to our use and processing of your Data; however, doing so may prevent the use of the functions of application.

4. Access Rights

When using the Application, the User agrees to allow the Application to have access to the following functions:

(1) Access the Internet from the user's device

(2) Access the camera to scan the QRcode on the Bill to shorten the time to enter basic information when the user converts the receipt to an invoice.

(3) Access Photos, files, memory and audio and visual content on the device to store QRcode images or download images to authenticate order information.

(4) Access GPS and Bluetooth to locate and connect with other nearby Bluetooth devices.

5. Changes and updates

We reserve the right to change, modify or supplement the Privacy Policy at our discretion and at any time, by posting the changed, modified or supplemented Privacy Policy on or through the Website https://www.sitc-dinhvu.com/policy.html, the SmartDepot application or through other means. Your continued use of SmartDepot following the posting of any changes, modifications or supplements to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes, modifications or supplements. If you do not agree to any changes, modifications or supplements to the Privacy Policy, please do not use the SmartDepot application.
